Fine Weather We Been Havin'

what a wonderful day. basically a fairly typical fine sunday. church was good both this morning and this evening. the weather was excellent, though perhaps a little windy. but i'm not complaining. so i was at the arboretum reading music lit, and waaaaay off in the distance i could see some people playing baseball. i found it facinating to watch the batter swing, see the ball soaring across the field and then hear the *crack* of the impact. cool beans. i mean, of course everyone knows about sound travel and delays due to distance, but still. it's neat. i also noticed that one third of the people on the field were left-handed. now that doesn't sound statistically correct. but yeah. i guess that's all.
